This class will utilize aqua aerobics equipment and water resistance to burn calories and build lean muscles! Be sure you are prepared to feel the burn! Bring your suit & some drinking water!
Course Cost: $40 per session

This Master’s Swim Program for adults is a great way to participate in organized swim workouts, improve overall fitness, and develop better swim technique. Workouts are adjusted for all levels of swimmers; beginner through competitive athlete. This program is on hold for now as we look for a new Master’s Swim Coach.
